Is that true? Let's check it out.
The woman who produces the promised seed
First, read about the promise of the seed that will liberate all mankind.Ge 3:15
15 And I shall put enmity between you and the woman and between your seed and her seed. He will bruise you in the head and you will bruise him in the heel."
God uses the woman to produce the promised seed to crush Satan and liberate mankind from sin and death.
There are two ways to figure out what the woman is representing.
One way is literal woman who received the promise of the seed, the other way is figurative woman to produce the seed.
First, the promise of the seed was addressed to Adam and Eve, so we can tell the woman is Eve.
Eve became the first mother of the lineage to give birth to the promised seed.
Then, the promise of the seed was repeated to Abraham and his wife Sarah.
Sarah also became a part of the family line of the promised seed.
There are 63 generations from Adam to Christ Jesus, the promised seed, so 62 literal women were involved to provide the promised seed.
Ge 4:25
25 And Adam proceeded to have intercourse again with his wife and so she gave birth to a son and called his name Seth, because, as she said: "God has appointed another seed in place of Abel, because Cain killed him."
Ge 17:15-21
15 And God went on to say to Abraham: "As for Sar′ai your wife, you must not call her name Sar′ai, because Sarah is her name. 16 And I will bless her and also give you a son from her; and I will bless her and she shall become nations; kings of peoples will come from her." 17 At this Abraham fell upon his face and began to laugh and to say in his heart: "Will a man a hundred years old have a child born, and will Sarah, yes, will a woman ninety years old give birth?"
18 After that Abraham said to the [true] God: "O that Ish′mael might live before you!" 19 To this God said: "Sarah your wife is indeed bearing you a son, and you must call his name Isaac. And I will establish my covenant with him for a covenant to time indefinite to his seed after him. 20 But as regards Ish′mael I have heard you. Look! I will bless him and will make him fruitful and will multiply him very, very much. He will certainly produce twelve chieftains, and I will make him become a great nation. 21 However, my covenant I shall establish with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you at this appointed time next year."
Eventually people borne from Sarah became the nation of Israel, and God made a covenant with them and declaring the purpose of the covenant.
In the covenant, the sons of Israel are to be a kingdom of priests.
That is, the nation of Israel was to be the channel through which the promised seed was to be sent to the earth, and from that nation the kingdom of the seed, the kingdom of the Messiah who would crush Satan, would be realized, freeing mankind from sin and death.
Ex 19:1-6
1 In the third month after the sons of Israel came out of the land of Egypt, on the same day, they came into the wilderness of Si′nai. 2 And they proceeded to pull away from Reph′idim and to come into the wilderness of Si′nai and to encamp in the wilderness; and Israel went camping there in front of the mountain.
3 And Moses went up to the [true] God, and YHWH began to call to him out of the mountain, saying: "This is what you are to say to the house of Jacob and to tell the sons of Israel, 4 'YOU yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, that I might carry YOU on wings of eagles and bring YOU to myself. 5 And now if YOU will strictly obey my voice and will indeed keep my covenant, then YOU will certainly become my special property out of all [other] peoples, because the whole earth belongs to me. 6 And YOU yourselves will become to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.' These are the words that you are to say to the sons of Israel."
As a matter of course, from the time the Law Covenant was entered into, Satan worked to ensure that the nation of Israel would not produce the kingdom of the seed that would destroy Satan himself.
The nation of Israel, a party to the Law covenant with God, was corrupted by the work of Satan, and as a result, was unable to produce the "Kingdom of the seed". They were unable to fulfill the covenant.
But in the midst of the wayward nation of Israel, hijacked by Satan, God has secured a pathway to produce the promised seed.
In the first century AD, to the virgin Mary of David's lineage, the angel announced that through her the Messiah would be born, and Jesus was born and the work of the Kingdom began.
As Messiah, Jesus took Abraham's seed, the sons of the Kingdom, out of the nation of Israel hijacked by Satan and found the "Kingdom of the seed". Jesus the Messiah fulfilled the Law covenant which the nation of Israel was unable to fulfill.
God introduced a "new covenant" that would produce the "kingdom of seed" with the sinless death of Jesus, abolishing the Law Covenant whose role had ended.
It is worth noting here that the Law Covenant produced Abraham's natural descendants and ended its role. And its primary seed is Jesus Christ.
Jesus had to die a sinless sacrificial death in order to establish the "new covenant." Jesus accomplished all that was expected of Him and made the "new covenant" effective.
And with this "new covenant," the promised "kingdom of the seed" will be born. The "Kingdom of the seed" is made up of the sons of the Kingdom, chosen from all nations.
Therefore, the woman who produces the "promised seed" in Genesis represents the "new covenant".
The Apostle Paul explains this point in the book of Galatians.
Ga 4:22-31
22 For example, it is written that Abraham acquired two sons, one by the servant girl and one by the free woman; 23 but the one by the servant girl was actually born in the manner of flesh, the other by the free woman through a promise. 24 These things stand as a symbolic drama; for these [women] mean two covenants, the one from Mount Si′nai, which brings forth children for slavery, and which is Ha′gar. 25 Now this Ha′gar means Si′nai, a mountain in Arabia, and she corresponds with the Jerusalem today, for she is in slavery with her children. 26 But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother.
27 For it is written: "Be glad, you barren woman who does not give birth; break out and cry aloud, you woman who does not have childbirth pains; for the children of the desolate woman are more numerous than [those] of her who has the husband." 28 Now we, brothers, are children belonging to the promise the same as Isaac was. 29 But just as then the one born in the manner of flesh began persecuting the one born in the manner of spirit, so also now. 30 Nevertheless, what does the Scripture say? "Drive out the servant girl and her son, for by no means shall the son of the servant girl be an heir with the son of the free woman." 31 Wherefore, brothers, we are children, not of a servant girl, but of the free woman.
I think that there is a family of angels in heaven, but in this regard, the woman who produces the "promised seed" is not a heavenly family of angels likened the wives of God by the WTS' teaching.
The Bible makes it clear that the "Jerusalem above" likened to a mother giving birth to the sons of the kingdom, represents the "new covenant" rather than the angelic organization taught by the WTS. Angelic family does not produce the the kingdom of the promised seed, it is the "new covenant" by God's promise that produces the kingdom of the seed.
The contrast between the "new covenant" and the "Law covenant."
The woman who produces the "promised seed" represents the new covenant. The new covenant came into effect by Jesus' sinless death. Satan tried to destroy the new covenant also, by causing Jesus fail. But he was unable to make Jesus committed sin, though he killed Jesus on the crucifixion. Thanks to Jesus' sacrificial death the "new covenant" was preserved and came into effect and began to produce the sons of the kingdom. And those who accept Jesus, are invited to be into the "new covenant."
The "new covenant" by virtue of Christ's blood is for the forgiveness of sins of all mankind. It is opposite of the "Law covenant" to condemn the Israelites as sinners.
In the past, God dealt with a single nation of Israel as a sample of sinners to prove that all mankind are the same sinners, also kept the lineage of the promised seed by the nation.
The Law Covenant with the Israelites served its purpose and was done away with by Christ Jesus, the promised seed. Since then, God is no longer dealing with a single nation.
God is now handling with all mankind by the "new covenant" in the blood of of Christ.
Ro 2:19-20
19 Now we know that all the things the Law says it addresses to those under the Law (nation of Israel), so that every mouth may be stopped and all the world may become liable to God for punishment. 20 Therefore by works of law no flesh will be declared righteous before him, for by law is the accurate knowledge of sin.
Ga 3:19
19 Why, then, the Law? It was added to make transgressions manifest, until the seed should arrive to whom the promise had been made;
Heb 8:6-13
6 But now [Jesus] has obtained a more excellent public service, so that he is also the mediator of a correspondingly better covenant, which has been legally established upon better promises.
7 For if that first covenant (the Law covenant) had been faultless, no place would have been sought for a second; 8 for he does find fault with the people when he says: "'Look! There are days coming,' says YHWH, 'and I will conclude with the house of Israel (world, cf. Mt 19:28, 2Co 6:2) and with the house of Judah (the promised seed, sons of the kingdom, Re 5:5, Ga 3:29) a new covenant; 9 not according to the covenant that I made with their forefathers in [the] day of my taking hold of their hand to bring them forth out of the land of Egypt, because they did not continue in my covenant, so that I stopped caring for them,' says YHWH."
10 "'For this is the covenant that I shall covenant with the house of Israel (world, cf. Mt 19:28, 2Co 6:2) after those days,' says YHWH. 'I will put my laws in their mind, and in their hearts I shall write them. And I will become their God, and they themselves will become my people.
11 "'And they will by no means teach each one his fellow citizen and each one his brother, saying: "Know YHWH!" For they will all know me, from [the] least one to [the] greatest one of them. 12 For I shall be merciful to their unrighteous deeds, and I shall by no means call their sins to mind anymore.'"
13 In his saying "a new [covenant]" he has made the former one (Law covernant) obsolete. Now that which is made obsolete and growing old is near to vanishing away.
Ga 3:26-29
26 YOU are all, in fact, sons of God through YOUR faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For all of YOU who were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor freeman, there is neither male nor female; for YOU are all one [person] in union with Christ Jesus. 29 Moreover, if YOU belong to Christ, YOU are really Abraham's seed, heirs with reference to a promise.
One enters the new covenant by accepting Christ, repenting, and being baptized. From among the baptized Christians in the new covenant will be chosen the sons of the kingdom who will inherit the kingdom of heaven. And the kingdom of Christ will crush the head of Satan and his seed.
Joh 15:16
16 YOU did not choose me, but I chose YOU, and I appointed YOU to go on and keep bearing fruit and that YOUR fruit should remain; in order that no matter what YOU ask the Father in my name he might give it to YOU.
Lu 12:32
32 "Have no fear, little flock, because YOUR Father has approved of giving YOU the kingdom.
Mt 11:12
12 But from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of the heavens is the goal toward which men press, and those pressing forward are seizing it.
Mt 22:14
14 "For there are many invited, but few chosen."
