1830s
Meteorologist James P. Espy explained the mechanism of precipitation by saying that "upward air currents cool and the water vapor condenses to form clouds, which then produce rain." Espy was the first meteorologist employed by the United States Army.

Updrafts are caused by heat, so updrafts can be created by generating heat using electromagnetic waves such as HAARP. Motivations for weather manipulation include safety of land, sea, and air traffic, crop harvest, disaster prevention, and military weapons.

A project by the US and New Zealand military to develop a weapon that would create a destructive tsunami. The experiments were carried out by Professor Thomas Leech of the University of Auckland at Whangaparaoa off the coast of Auckland and off the coast of New Caledonia over a period of just over seven months from 1944 to 1945, with 3,700 explosions. The tests found that a single explosion would not generate a tsunami, but concluded that an array of 2 million kilograms (4.4 million pounds) of explosives about 8 kilometers (5 miles) offshore could generate a devastating tsunami.

The United States and the Soviet Union have been working out an agreement to exchange weather information over a direct communications link between the two capitals. The agreement we have now reached provides for the exchange on a reciprocal basis of weather information gathered by satellites. For a short initial period conventional data will be exchanged. We hope that other member nations of the World Meteorological Organization may eventually participate in the exchange of data over this weather link.

We expect that the formal terms of this new agreement will be released next week at a meeting in New York of the United Nations Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.

In addition, I expect to be able in the near future to announce the opening of the world weather center in Washington. We have already been exchanging test transmissions on an experimental basis. We know that the new link, when in operation, will be a substantial step forward in speeding the transmission of valuable weather data in both directions. The American weatherman and the American public will immediately benefit from these improvements.

I take this opportunity to release a letter that I have sent to Secretary Hodges. According to the US Naval Institute, declassified documents reveal that in the 2nd incident, the US military fired first, firing warning shots to encourage the North Vietnamese military to retaliate.

In addition, the US government falsely claimed that a second incident occurred between North Vietnamese and US ships in the Gulf of Tonkin waters on August 4, 1964.

Although the 08/04 incident (an attack by North Vietnamese torpedo boats) never occurred, President Johnson immediately declared war after receiving the initial false report from the scene.

Doubts about the Gulf of Tonkin incident were expressed from the beginning, but the truth of the matter was conclusively revealed in 2005 when an internal National Security Agency (NSA) historical study was declassified. The series of events in the Gulf of Tonkin were a covert operation by the US military called OPLAN 34-A, which was carried out to create a pretext for the Vietnam War.

Thirty-nine years later, in the 2003 documentary film The Fog of War, former Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara admitted that the second attack on August 4th, which was the pretext for the US to start the war, did not exist.

In the Vietnam War, which began on a fabricated pretext, the US tested weather modification techniques using silver iodide (AgI), used dioxin defoliants, and committed a decade of murderous violence that resulted in the deaths of over 2 million Vietnamese and over 58,000 of its own soldiers. As a result, many Vietnamese and American soldiers are still suffering from the effects of Agent Orange.

Eastland's patent is an application of Nikola Tesla's energy transmission system.
Tesla's early 20th century energy transmission device, the huge 57m Wardenclyffe Tower antenna, has simply been replaced by 360 radio transmitters and 180 antennas in Gakona, Alaska.

According to Eastland, HAARP was initially experimented with heating the jet stream air with around 1-10MW of power, but after about five years, the power used was increased to around 50-100MW. The HARRP facility in Gakona, Alaska, can actually output more than GW of power.

"I estimate that it will take 10 to 20 years for this new science of weather modification to mature to a point where it can be used to control the severity and impact of large-scale severe weather events such as hurricanes," Eastland explains.

The US Air Force publishes a report on "weather modification."
Chemtrails have been observed all over the world. Governments are spraying metallic nanoparticles and chemical powders, such as aluminum, into the sky from airplanes.

The negative effects of this are that aluminum and other substances contaminate land and water, causing plants to wither, and posing a threat to insects, birds, other ecosystems, and human health.

In Article 24 of the resolution, the EU states, "We consider HAARP to be a matter of global concern due to its widespread effects on the environment, and call for its legal, ecological and ethical implications to be verified by an international, independent body before any further research or experimentation can be carried out." However, the US has ignored the EU resolution.

Jet fuel released into the upper atmosphere contains a "very fine, talc-like" powder of aluminum oxide and other reflective materials, 10-100 microns in size. This relatively inexpensive, daily chemtrail program was conceived by Ken Caldeira, a scientist who worked on computer simulations for Edward Teller at the Lawrence Livermore Atomic Bomb Laboratory.

He warns that cooling the already frosty stratosphere could lead to increased concentrations of ozone-destroying ice clouds, which "deplete the ozone layer" that protects the Earth from intense solar radiation.

Ontario MP Gordon Earle has presented a petition from over 550 residents to "ban all chemtrail deployment activities from civilian and military aircraft, both domestic and foreign," but the Canadian Department of National Defense has ignored the residents' pleas, replying, "Not us."

Meghan worked at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. Her job was to monitor the military's environmental impact, equivalent to the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Her job was to identify hazardous materials on the base, monitor their usage and disposal methods, approve or restrict their use, and eliminate the negative impact on people and the environment.

Around 2006, she was asked about chemtrails in a job-related capacity. At the time, she was unaware of their existence, so she researched them and discovered that there were many exposés about them on the Internet.

She investigated the actual conditions at Air Force workplaces and confirmed the Internet revelations were true: "I discovered that large quantities of aluminum, barium and strontium were being stockpiled in the form of oxides and sulfates," she said.

The military uses Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to identify personal protective equipment and safety measures to use and to identify the manufacturer of chemicals.

However, some of her MSDSs did not have the manufacturer's name. She thought it was strange and asked the base manager what the hazardous materials were used for, but got no response. So she refused to acknowledge their use and asked for more answers.

Then the harassment began on base, and she was transferred to the Warner Robbins Air Logistics Complex base.

There, water and soil samples were taken and found to contain high levels of the aforementioned contaminants (aluminum, barium, and strontium).

When she pressed the base's commander for answers, "He gently threatened her," she said.

He said, "I'm asking you, what's wrong with you? You've been feeling pretty depressed lately. You can get a psychiatric evaluation for up to 120 days. Who's going to take care of your daughter during that time"?

The commander's threats confirmed what she had found about chemical military operations and convinced her that the military was violating many environmental laws.

"Instead of protecting our people, they're poisoning our people," she said.

Shortly before her time to reenlist approached, Kristen Meghan decided not to reenlist in the U.S. Air Force, but rather mustered up the courage to blow the whistle on what she had witnessed, and was discharged from the U.S. Air Force in October 2010.
